Hi, I'm Tyson Mitchell, a Marketing and Management student at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Tyson Mitchell has been involved in sports and competition his whole life, playing baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and track. Tyson Mitchell was an Iowa high school state track meet champion, running the Shuttle Hurdle Relay in 2009. He was also an Iowa High School State Baseball champion in 2010. Tyson Mitchell's positive experiences during the Drake Relays and the state track meet led him to enroll at Drake University. During his first year at Drake, Tyson Mitchell became heavily involved in Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and Delta Sigma Pi. Tyson Mitchell's interests also became more prevalent, as he decided to focus on marketing and management. Tyson Mitchell is incredibly interested in how social media and social interaction via the web and applications can increase social responsibility in communities. Tyson Mitchell is always looking for ways to help people through the power of business.

I also design outreach strategies, manage conversations with event organizers and business leaders, and engage with local businesses, casual retailers, and managers of business associations.
